Winter 2022 & 2023 Q1 Developments in Industrial Automation - expanded product offering and diagnostic and repair services at York MRO

Winter 2023 Update: Since December 2022 the supply chain strictures have fortunately eased, with less stress on product delivery due dates. Our teams at York MRO have been able to ramp up our service response times with expedited shipment schedules back to normal, providing replacement parts and services following normal response times. Our departments are now working on near-normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules back to regular operation levels. In addition to the Beta-Tech BC-FSC-050 and BC-URYU-024 parts and service support, we have been able to add new lines of product and service:

Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We offer full support for discontinued Blue-Enhanced-Technology products, including obsoleted and phased-out Bioteco parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2023 Bishop-wisecarver product line-up. Starting Q1 2023 York MRO is pleased to announce additional repair and rebuild services for the automation products made by industrial controls leader Blue-Enhanced-Technology such as the MT160 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the OSLI24AD8B manufactured by Bioteco and we are pleased to be able to service most Bioteco systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature X3W3 by Manufacturer Bishop-wisecarver as well.

York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Starting early January 2023 York has Biesse Brand HorizontalDrillHeads in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate dispatch to meet your requirement for spare replacements. Spare units by Bielomatik such as 87103032 equipment made by Bielomatik have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Bielomatik products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Bielomatik" in the search box. Additionally we have now also available 7614713E00 made by Binder as well as the popular 1004740041 original spares produced by Bircher

Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the 00046P04201 by Blac-Inc and 87103032 spares by Bielomatik are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original TypeU1U1 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Blh-Electronic.
